By downloading, installing, or using ScreenDiet: Focus Mode ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

ScreenDiet provides self-discipline and focus tools using Apple's FamilyControls framework, allowing users to restrict access to selected apps and websites during focus sessions and set controlled break schedules.

3. Strict Modes & User Responsibility

The Application includes strict focus features, such as Hard Mode and Dopamine Killer Mode, designed to prevent premature session cancellation. By activating these modes, you acknowledge that:

  • You intentionally enable app shielding restrictions that cannot be turned off until scheduled session completion or break expiration.
  • The developer is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by your voluntary decision to restrict access to applications on your own device.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, graphics, branding, and text associated with ScreenDiet are the property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of iOS system frameworks (e.g. FamilyControls or DeviceActivity).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
