By downloading, installing, or using **Cycle – Focus & Break Timer** ("Cycle", "the App", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Cycle on iOS and watchOS devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Cycle, you agree that you will not:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App or any portion thereof.
  • Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Cycle (including but not limited to branding, logo, visual designs, UI layout, custom code, and haptic design patterns) remain the exclusive property of the developer (Habit180).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cycle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will function uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your specific productivity requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer or Habit180 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use Cycle.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
